Full One Year Manufacturing Warranty

The manufacturer warrants this rug against manufacturing defects for a one (1) year period from the date of original purchase. The manufacturer will repair or replace, at its option, this rug without charge. To register a complaint under this warranty, please contact 212RUG.COM. Proof of original purchase is required. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
A suitable rug pad must be used under all of our rugs for this warranty to apply.
All goods purchased as mill seconds and/or on an "as is" basis will not be considered for adjustment and claims.

10 Day Satisfaction Warranty

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with our 10-Day Satisfaction Warranty 212RUGS.COM stands behind every product we sell. If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 10 days and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer. Personalized and custom-made items are, regretfully, non-returnable, unless there is damage or a defect in which case we will happily provide a replacement of the item you ordered. We recommend that packages be sent back to us with UPS or FedEx Ground or any other carrier that can track and insure its packages. Make sure to call or email us with the tracking number so that we can track the package for you and issue credit immediately upon arrival. You are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse. We do not accept rugs that have been damaged or soiled. No refunds after 10 days.

REMINDER: BEFORE RETURNING A RUG PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. MAKE SURE TO AFFIX THE RA# TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE PACKAGE. RUGS RETURNED DAMAGED OR SOILED, WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER OR MORE THAN 10 DAYS AFTER THE RA# WAS ISSUED MAY INCUR A 20% SERVICE FEE.
